Brand Manager, Acute Heart Failure

As part of our commitment for patients and healthcare professionals, Novartis is developing a new innovative treatment for Acute Heart Failure -a highly fatal condition that causes the loss of thousands of lives in Finland every year. 

We are now looking for a Brand Manager, Acute Heart Failure to work as part of Novartis Finland AHF team to prepare and execute best-in-market launch for the new innovative compound in 2014, and to drive success in future years.

As Brand Manager you will be responsible for building the product marketing strategy and tactics, and driving the execution with cross-functional team. You work closely with various external stakeholders, such as key opinion leaders, heart failure specialists, hospital decision makers and patient associations. Together with internal and external stakeholders you work to ensure that all patients in need will have access to this new innovative treatment. You also build novel solutions to support healthcare professionals and patients to contribute to best possible treatment processes and outcomes.

You have a University degree in Life Sciences and a minimum of 5 years marketing and customer facing experience in Pharma, Medical devices or other Healthcare related industry. You have particularly strong interpersonal skills, personal drive for superior results, and passion to win for patients. You are analytical, well-structured, and possess good knowledge of the market, disease area and customer base. You are at your best with customers, interact well with diverse stakeholders and enjoy leading a cross-functional matrix team. You are fluent in both Finnish and English, preferably with good knowledge of Swedish. You will be based in our office at Espoo, both domestic and some international traveling required.
